Please note that effective  OCTOBER 5th, 2021, all of the following NJDEP Division of Land Resource Protection applications are required to be  submitted electronically through the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Online Portal:    

• General Permits
• Individual Permits
• Water Quality Certificates
• Freshwater Wetland Transition Area Waivers
• Flood Hazard Verifications (if submitted with one of the above applications)

Amy Greene Environmental, a Davey Company "AGE" has been preparing for the upcoming changes to the NJDEP Division of Land Resource Protection (DLRP) online permitting process and will be ready to assist you through these new procedures.  It is important for you, your surveyors, and/or engineers to be aware of specific requirements that will need to be met for digital signatures and seals on plans.
